Providing BASF (Wintershall), a German oil & gas  producer with an innovative  MVC  (XXXX) solution incorporating IDE’s horizontal falling film evaporator for produced water,

A cost-effective, eco-friendly solution at the time,  that replaced the existing conventional boiler-fed water generation process for the Emlichheim Oil Field ( IDE’s industrial water treatment solution has been in continuous operation since 1991, delivering 100% of the design capacity and ensuring steady, successful oil production for many years.

 

IDE’s Evaporators have operated at 98% availability for over two decades, providing a sustainable water treatment solution.
