In compliance with Laws numbers 20.393 and 21.595 of the Republic of Chile, and in line with our compliance and ethics policies, IDE CHILE SpA has established a complaints channel called “Reporting Channel<\/strong>” so that our employees, clients, suppliers, consultants and any interested person can report, in a confidential and secure manner, any conduct that may constitute a crime according to the legal regulations of the Republic of Chile or a violation of our internal policies and procedures.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This \u201cReporting channel<\/strong>\u201d is designed to denounce any illicit conduct related to economic crimes and environmental offences, including money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery and other acts against administrative probity, as well as any behaviour that violates our values and codes of conduct.<\/em><\/p>\n

What can you report?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Stock market and banking crimes<\/em><\/p>\n

– Tax and environmental offences<\/em><\/p>\n

– Embezzlement of public funds and bribery of a public official<\/em><\/p>\n

– Money laundering and receiving stolen goods<\/em><\/p>\n

– Financing of terrorism<\/em><\/p>\n

– Acts against administrative probity<\/em><\/p>\n

– Any other behaviour that violates the law, our values and codes of conduct, such as workplace harassment, discrimination, conflict of interest, misuse of confidential information, among others.<\/em><\/p>\n

Confidentiality and Protection<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of all reports made through our Reporting Channel. The identity of whistleblowers will be protected at all times and there will be no retaliation for reporting in good faith any inappropriate behaviour. In addition, we have security measures and information handling protocols in place to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data provided.<\/em><\/p>\n

How to make a report?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nWe ask you to provide as much detail as possible about the reported behaviour, including dates, locations, names and any other information relevant to a proper investigation. You do not need to disclose your identity, but if you do, we will ensure that your identity is kept confidential.<\/em><\/p>\n

Complaint Follow-Up<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Each report received will be reviewed by our Human Resources Management and Advisors. Rigorous investigations will be carried out and, if necessary, corrective action will be taken. Whistleblowers will, to the extent possible, and a confidential means of communication is formally indicated, be informed of the progress and outcome of their allegations, while respecting the confidentiality of the process.<\/em><\/p>\n
