{"id":11551,"date":"2026-07-14T13:44:45","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T13:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.ide-tech.com\/?post_type=newsandevents&#038;p=11551"},"modified":"2026-07-14T13:45:38","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T13:45:38","slug":"ide-selected-to-deliver-advanced-pfro-system-for-horizon-city-texas","status":"publish","type":"newsandevents","link":"https:\/\/ide-tech.com\/en\/ide-selected-to-deliver-advanced-pfro-system-for-horizon-city-texas\/","title":{"rendered":"IDE Selected to Deliver Advanced PFRO System for Horizon City, Texas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IDE Water Solutions North America has been selected by the Horizon Regional Municipal Utility District to deliver an advanced water treatment facility featuring IDE\u2019s patented Pulse Flow Reverse Osmosis (PFRO) technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Developed in partnership with TRE &amp; Associates, the facility will produce up to 4.2 million gallons of high-quality drinking water per day, helping Horizon City address water scarcity and strengthen its long-term water supply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to have been chosen by Horizon Regional MUD to support their local water needs and assist them in achieving long-term water sustainability goals,\u201d said Rosemary Niechcial, CEO of IDE Water Solutions North America. \u201cOur PFRO technology will help the city access clean, safe drinking water and reduce the brine requiring disposal.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlike conventional reverse osmosis systems, PFRO operates dynamically to improve water recovery, reduce brine volumes and support more sustainable water treatment. The project is currently under construction, with completion targeted for April
